Troubleshooting

Depending on the order of the installation of the software prerequisites, you may encounter error(s) when trying to open and/or run TM1Connect.

 

Regardless of your operating system, you will first want to verify that you have accurately installed and configured the System Requirements as they have been described.

 

If you still encounter errors, some common errors and the corresponding fixes are the following:
